Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement end-to-end QA strategy for Salesforce programs
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce QA engineers and automation testers
- Establish test governance, standards, and best practices
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing
- Drive automation strategy using appropriate tools
- Ensure data validation, security testing, and compliance adherence
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills
- Must Have 11 yrs of Exp
