Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Major Incident Management (MIM) processes for production applications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Application, Infrastructure, Network, DB, Cloud) during high-priority incidents
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and escalation procedures
- Conduct bridge calls and provide timely communication to stakeholders and leadership
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented
- Monitor application health and system performance
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Must Have 7 to 13 yrs of exp
