Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
  (Final salary depends on interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for insurance products

• Explain insurance plans and benefits clearly

• Generate leads and close sales over calls

• Maintain customer data and follow-ups

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Required Skills

• Good communication skills

• High confidence while speaking on calls

• Basic understanding of sales process

• Ability to handle customer objections

Preferred / Plus Skills

Candidates knowing additional languages will have an advantage:

• Marathi

• Gujarati

• Telugu

• Bengali

• Any other regional language

Working Hours

• Timing: 9:45 AM to 6:45 PM

• Working Days: As per company policy

Interview Details
